Brumé Return & Refund Policy

Brumé Return & Refund Policy

Effective date: 29/7 2026

At Brumé, the aim is to provide a clear and fair process for returns, refunds, and complaints relating to purchases made through the webshop. This Return & Refund Policy applies to consumer purchases and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions.

1. Contact before return

All return requests and complaints must be submitted to Brumé in advance through the return form or by email at vitalglowshops@gmail.com before any item is sent back. This process helps identify the order correctly and ensures that the return is handled efficiently.

Customers should provide their full name, order number, contact details, the product(s) concerned, and whether the request relates to withdrawal or a complaint. Use of the return form is strongly recommended to speed up processing, but this requirement does not limit any mandatory legal right of withdrawal where the customer has notified Brumé in a clear way within the legal deadline.

2. Return address

Approved returns and complaints must be sent to:

Brumé
Heilsmindevej 7
2920 Charlottenlund
Denmark

Customers are asked to include a copy of their order confirmation inside the return parcel so the return can be identified and traced correctly. Parcels sent without sufficient order identification may lead to delays in processing.

3. Right of withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer, the customer generally has the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day the customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Brumé by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. Simply sending the goods back without also notifying Brumé is not sufficient.

After giving notice of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline.

Please note: Not collecting your delivery without contacting us does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal.

4. Condition of returned goods

The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The customer may inspect the goods in the same way that would be possible in a physical shop.businessindenmark.

If the goods have been used or handled more than necessary, Brumé may make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect the documented loss in value. The seller must be able to demonstrate that such loss in value has occurred and its extent.

5. Non-returnable items and hygiene exception

The right of withdrawal does not apply where a lawful exception applies. This may include certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.

If Brumé applies this exception to specific skincare products, this should be clearly stated on the relevant product page and interpreted narrowly in accordance with applicable law. The exception should not be used as a blanket rule for all opened products unless the legal conditions are actually met.

6. Return shipping costs

If the customer uses the legal right of withdrawal, the customer must pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless Brumé expressly agrees otherwise. Brumé does not offer free return shipping.

Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked shipping method and to keep proof of postage until the return has been fully processed.

7. Refunds

If the customer validly withdraws from the purchase, Brumé will refund all payments received from the customer, including the original standard delivery costs to the extent required by law. Brumé does not refund any additional delivery cost resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method only. Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected by Brumé, and in any event within 14 days in accordance with applicable law.

Please note that it may take a number of banking days before the refunded amount appears in the customer’s account.

8. No exchanges

Brumé does not offer exchanges. If a customer does not wish to keep a product, the customer may use the right of withdrawal where applicable and place a new order separately if a different product is desired.

9. Complaints about faulty or incorrect goods

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, leaking, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming, the customer should contact Brumé as soon as possible at vitalglowshops@gmail.com and include the order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. Consumers in Denmark generally have a 2-year legal warranty in relation to faulty goods.

Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund in accordance with applicable law.

10. Risk during return shipping

When the customer returns goods after withdrawal, the customer is generally responsible for the goods during transport back to the webshop. If the parcel is lost or damaged in return transit, the customer should be able to provide shipping documentation.
